PROGRAMME 2026
The programme of the EUPRERA 2026 Congress will take place over four days (16–19 September), combining academic sessions, spaces for debate, and scientific networking activities, in line with the established international EUPRERA format.
* The programme is subject to changes, albeit minor. The most updated version of the programme will be available in ConfTool during the Congress.
The programme structure is organised into parallel sessions (SES) and plenary blocks, including:
- Paper presentation sessions (short and full papers), previously evaluated through peer review and organised around the congress thematic tracks.
- Academic panels, focused on current debates and critical perspectives on public relations and strategic communication.
- Plenary sessions and keynote speakers, addressing major challenges in relation to the Congress theme.
- Networking and exchange spaces, including Network Meetings, fostering international collaboration and the development of new research partnerships.
Additionally, the programme includes:
- EUPRERA Hour, showcasing the winners of the various EUPRERA awards.
- EUPRERA General Assembly, an opportunity for all members to get involved and engage with the governance of the association.
- PhD Seminar, aimed at doctoral students, featuring mentoring sessions and academic discussion.
- Paper Development Workshop (PDW), designed to improve papers with publication potential.
- Education Cafe, an interactive session organised by the Education network and offering participants the opportunity to discuss current education-related topics.
- Research Escalator Session, a session aimed at emerging scholars sharing ideas and organised by the EUNES Network.
Social and cultural activities, designed to enrich the conference experience and encourage informal interaction among participants.

The Climate Journey is a participatory experience as a tool for climate action, environmental education, responsible tourism, and cooperation. Through thematic itineraries, participants explore climate change from a local perspective – its causes, impacts, and solutions – in a dynamic and interactive way.
The activity will be conducted in English, lasts approximately 2–2.5 hours, and requires prior paid registration (during the registration for the Congress, via ConfTool).
