Day 3 Closes with the Closing Keynote by Øyvind Ihlen

Day 3 of EUPRERA 2026 came to a close with the Closing Keynote and Academic Recognition, “Territories of Public Relations in the New Global Disorder,” delivered by Øyvind Ihlen.

The talk situated public relations and strategic communication within the current global disorder, paying particular attention to their role at the societal macro level. It called for a more power-oriented analysis while renewing the normative case for reflexivity and ethics in practice.
