The complete and updated academic programme will be available online throughout the Congress on the ConfTool platform. https://www.conftool.net/euprera2026/sessions.php

All presenters and session chairs should carefully review the EUPRERA 2026 Instructions for Presenters and Session Chairs before the Congress.

The Teatinos Campus is well connected to Málaga city centre.

You can travel by Metro (Universidad station), bus (lines 11, 24 and 4), taxi or Uber (or similar). The Metro is one of the easiest options for travelling between the city centre and the University area.

Metro tickets can be purchased at the stations. Please remember to validate your ticket when entering the Metro.

The network eduroam is available throughout the University of Málaga for participants whose home institutions provide access. Whenever possible, we recommend checking that your eduroam connection works before travelling.

For those without access to eduroam, the University also provides a Wi-Fi service for conferences and events (please, check in advance).

Please use our official hashtag: #EUPRERA2026.

Participants who indicated that they do not consent to being photographed are kindly asked to help our photographers by stepping out of group photos or politely letting them know that they do not wish to be photographed.

A permanent EUPRERA Registration and Information Desk will be available throughout the Congress.

If you have any questions, need assistance or simply do not know where to go, please come and talk to us!

Room 1 will be available as a quiet working space throughout the Congress.

It can also be used for temporary luggage storage. Please ask at the EUPRERA Information Desk for alternatives.

Please, remember that this is a temporary facility and that participants remain responsible for their personal belongings all the time.

Water will be available in the session rooms.

The Faculty also has water refill stations, so we encourage you to bring your own reusable bottle.

The Faculty has its own cafeteria.

A Few Final Málaga Tips

September in Málaga can still be warm and sunny, while the Congress rooms may feel cooler due to air conditioning. Bringing a light extra layer can therefore be useful.

We also recommend comfortable shoes, especially if you are planning to explore Málaga and its historic city centre.

And above all: ask us! Our local organising team — the “Lighthouse Keepers”, easily identified by their green T-shirts — will be around throughout the Congress and will be happy to help.

See you very soon in Málaga!
